联轴器作为机械传动系统的核心组件之一,承受着各种工况下的复杂载荷,其强度和可靠性至关重要.文章对联轴器实体及有限元模型进行了论述,在此基础上进一步分析了联轴器的受力,主要包括螺栓预紧力、离心力、扭矩等,并提出了针对性的强化优化设计,有助于改善联轴器的强度,进而为联轴器的安全运行提供可靠保障.
Optimization design of coupling strength based on finite element analysis
As one of the core components of the mechanical transmission system,the coupling is subjected to complex loads under various working conditions,and its strength and reliability are very important.This paper discusses the coupling entity and finite element model,and further analyzes the coupling force,including bolt preload,centrifugal force,torque,etc.,and puts forward the targeted strengthening optimization design,which is helpful to improve the strength of the coupling and provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the coupling.
