压力管道焊接缺陷的成因及技术优化

管道作业是运输业的重要环节,其中采用压力管道运输已经成为主流运输方式。为提高压力管道的焊接质量,必须加强对压力管道的焊接要求,从根本上解决问题。但目前我国的焊接工艺还不完善,主要是由于在施工工艺、选材、选用和安全检查等方面出现疏漏,造成事故发生。因此,要降低压力管道的安全风险,最大限度避免出现焊接缺陷,就必须加强焊接方面的质量监控及技术优化。
Causes and technical optimization of welding defects in pressure pipeline
Pipeline operation is an important link in the transportation industry,the use of pressure pipeline transportation has become the mainstream mode of transportation.In order to improve the welding quality of pressure pipeline,must strengthen the welding requirements of pressure pipeline,fundamentally solve the problem.But at present the welding technology is not perfect in our country,mainly because of the omission in the construction process,material selection,selection and safety check,which has caused accidents.Therefore,in order to reduce the safety risk of pressure pipeline and avoid welding defects as far as possible,it is necessary to strengthen the quality control and technical optimization of welding.
