System reliability analysis and maintenance strategy optimization of engineering equipment
This paper studies the reliability and maintenance strategy of wind turbine.The working principle and common fault types are analyzed,and the failure rate and mode are evaluated by using Weber distribution theory and actual operation and maintenance data.Therefore,optimization strategies including condition monitoring and predictive maintenance are proposed to improve the stability and efficiency of the system.The research results of this paper not only help the maintenance of wind turbines,but also provide reference for the reliability analysis and maintenance strategy of other mechanical systems.
