垃圾焚烧发电厂控制及环保排放系统的设计与优化

由于在垃圾焚烧过程中,垃圾组分的复杂性和热值的不稳定性,使得焚烧过程的控制管理存在较大延迟,目前大多数垃圾焚烧操作都是依靠人工。基于此,文章提出了一种与垃圾焚烧炉工作条件相适应的自动燃烧控制(ACC)系统,这一控制系统可完成对垃圾焚烧炉的自动燃烧控制,且可以达到较好的环保排放控制效果,各项技术指标均达到了预期目标。
Design and optimization of control and environmental discharge system for waste incineration power plant
Due to the complexity of waste components and the instability of calorific value in the process of waste incineration,there is a large delay in the control and management of incineration process,at present,most waste incineration operations are manual.Based on this,an automatic combustion control(ACC)system adapted to the working conditions of the waste incinerator is proposed in this paper.This control system can complete the automatic combustion control of the waste incinerator,and can achieve better environmental protection emission control effect,and all technical indicators have reached the expected goals.
