钢桁梁桥高强螺栓防坠落装置研发及试验研究

影响高强螺栓坠落的因素很多,尽管在结构受力及材料、加工、施工等各个环节均采取了措施予以控制,还是很难完全杜绝螺栓坠落现象。文章针对高强螺栓坠落问题,从被动控制角度,研究防止螺栓断裂后坠落的控制措施,开发螺栓防坠落装置,并进行静力拉伸性能试验。试验结果表明,研发的钢桁梁桥高强螺栓防坠落装置可满足实际工程需求,避免因螺栓坠落造成车毁人亡的重大交通事故。
Development and experimental study of high strength bolt fall prevention device for steel truss bridge
There are many factors that affect the fall of high-strength bolts.Although measures are taken to control the structural stress,materials,processing,construction,and other aspects,it is difficult to completely prevent the occurrence of bolt fall.This article focuses on the problem of high-strength bolt fall,studies control measures to prevent bolt fracture from falling from a passive control perspective,develops bolt fall prevention devices,and conducts static tensile performance tests.The test results indicate that the developed high-strength bolt fall prevention device for steel truss bridge can meet practical engineering needs and avoid major traffic accidents caused by bolt falls,such as vehicle damage and fatalities.
