通过分析深埋富水地层泥水盾构与土压盾构掘进影响因素,针对影响因素采取针对性措施,克服土压平衡盾构在深埋富水地层中螺旋机易喷涌、设备易出现故障、出渣困难、渣土处理困难的难题;克服泥水平衡盾构在深埋富水地层中环流不畅、结泥饼的难题。通过对比分析及实际验证得出在深埋富水地层中泥水平衡盾构更具优势的结论,采取的措施及在此类施工工况下盾构设备选型可供类似工程进行参考。
Analysis of mud-water and soil pressure balance shield construction in deep cement-rich siltstone formation
By analyzing the influencing factors of mud shield and earth pressure shield tunneling in deep water-rich strata,the relevant measures are taken to overcome the problems of the earth pressure balance shield tunneling in deep water-rich strata,such as the spouting of the screw,the equipment failure,the difficulty of slag discharge and the difficulty of slag treatment.To overcome the problems of poor circulation and mud cake formation of mud-water balanced shield in deep-buried water-rich strata.Through comparative analysis and practical verification,it is concluded that the mud-water balance shield is more advantageous in deep-buried water-rich strata.The measures taken and the selection of shield equipment under such construction conditions can be used as reference for similar projects.
