大型钢结构建筑智能建造关键技术研究

大型钢结构在建筑施工中起着至关重要的作用,但设计模型与实际施工状态之间的偏差是不可避免的,严重影响建筑施工的质量和安全。基于此,文章提出一种基于激光点云的大型钢结构智能建造施工监测方法。首先,引入三维激光扫描技术,获取准确完整的钢结构空间信息。然后,考虑设计模型与激光点云坐标系的不一致性,将建筑信息模型转换为点云模型,并采用由粗到精的配准策略实现了两类点云的数据统一。最后,基于设计模型,从激光点云数据中提取钢结构的空间信息,并分析两个模型之间的距离偏差,以反映实际施工状态。实验结果表明,该方法能够提取设计模型与实际施工之间的偏差,为钢结构智能建造精细施工提供准确的数据源。
Research on key technologies for intelligent construction of large steel structure buildings
Large steel structure plays a vital role in building construction,but the deviation between the design model and the actual construction state is inevitable,which seriously affects the quality and safety of building construction.Based on this,an intelligent construction monitoring method for large steel structures based on laser point cloud is proposed in this paper.Firstly,three-dimensional laser scanning technology is introduced to obtain accurate and complete spatial information of steel structures.Then,considering the inconsistency between the design model and the laser point cloud coordinate system,the building information model was converted into a point cloud model,and a coarse to fine registration strategy was adopted to achieve data unification between the two types of point clouds.Finally,based on the design model,the spatial information of the steel structure is extracted from the laser point cloud data,and the distance deviation between the two models is analyzed to reflect the actual construction status.The experimental results indicate that this method can extract the deviation between the design model and the actual construction,providing an accurate data source for the intelligent construction of steel structures.
