摘要

为了解决常规混凝土浇筑和人工振捣工作强度高、作业主观性强的问题,文章采用整体液压模板和自动化振捣来提高施工效率、降低劳动强度,并提高预制成品质量.振捣施工的全过程,是通过智能振捣监控系统实现振捣质量的精确评估.研究成果为徐丰公路快速化改造工程的预制箱梁制作实现无人化作业、精细化质量控制提供了新的思路,为类似工程提供参考.

Abstract

In order to address the shortcomings of high work intensity and strong subjectivity in conventional concrete pouring and manual vibration,this article adopts integrated hydraulic templates and automated vibration to improve construction efficiency,reduce labor intensity,and improve the quality of prefabricated products.It also focuses on the entire process of vibration construction and achieves accurate evaluation of vibration quality through an intelligent vibration monitoring system.The research results provide new ideas for unmanned operation and refined quality control in the production of prefabricated box beams for the rapid transformation project of Xufeng highway,and provide reference for similar projects.
