Application of new hydraulic template in prefabricated box beam construction
In order to study the new hydraulic template technology,based on the research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of current template materials,a new hydraulic template has been developed and designed on the existing technology.Relying on the rapid transformation project of Xufeng Highway,the construction process has been summarized,and the benefits generated have been analyzed.The conclusion is that compared to traditional templates,taking 200 beams as an example,the new hydraulic template can save about 160000 yuan in cost,improving the efficiency of manual disassembly by more than 30％has significant socio-economic benefits.
