Lining cracks are a common disease in tunnels,which have adverse effects on the stress,waterproofing,drainage,appearance,and other aspects of the tunnel structure.Taking the current situation of cracks in the lining of a tunnel in Chongqing as an example,after analyzing the causes and characteristics of cracks,it was decided to use the V-shaped rapid grouting process for construction,and new materials and processes were proposed.The construction process and quality control points were strictly controlled during construction,achieving the expected results.Engineering practice has proven the applicability of this governance method and accumulated experience for similar projects.
