为解决工业搬运机器关节在搬运过程中抖动和效率低下的问题,文章基于单片机设计了工业搬运机器关节控制系统。在硬件方面,选择适合的单片机作为控制核心,并配置必要的接口、驱动电路和传感器模块,实现对机器关节的精确控制。在软件方面,确定最优路径,计算最小能耗,通过单片机通信实现预设路径和速度控制,并调整机器关节速度以保持稳定性。测试结果表明,该系统能有效减小关节转动弧度,提高搬运效率。
Design of industrial transport machine joint control system based on microcontroller
In order to solve the problems of joint vibration and low efficiency in industrial handling machines during the handling process,this article designs an industrial handling machine joint control system based on a microcontroller.In terms of hardware,choose a suitable microcontroller as the control core,and configure necessary interfaces,driving circuits,and sensor modules to achieve precise control of machine joints.In terms of software,determine the optimal path,calculate the minimum energy consumption,achieve preset path and speed control through microcontroller communication,and adjust the machine joint speed to maintain stability.The test results show that the system can effectively reduce the joint rotation curvature and improve the handling efficiency.
