Analysis of operational defects and maintenance optimization practice of plate heat exchangers in the equipment cooling water system of nuclear power plant
Due to the excellent performance of plate heat exchangers,nuclear power plants use plate heat exchangers for nuclear island heat export.Based on industry experience,plate heat exchangers in equipment cooling water systems often have defects such as external leakage,internal leakage,and blockage during daily operation and maintenance.This article analyzes the historical defects of plate heat exchangers and summarizes targeted maintenance optimization practices,provide reference for the operation and maintenance of plate heat exchangers in nuclear power plants.
