摘要

由于板式换热器的优异性能,核电站使用板式换热器进行核岛热量导出.文章结合行业内经验,针对设备冷却水系统板式换热器在日常运维过程中频繁出现的外漏、内漏、堵塞等缺陷,以及板式换热器的历史缺陷进行分析,总结了针对性的维修优化实践方案,为核电站板式换热器的运行和维护提供参考.

Abstract

Due to the excellent performance of plate heat exchangers,nuclear power plants use plate heat exchangers for nuclear island heat export.Based on industry experience,plate heat exchangers in equipment cooling water systems often have defects such as external leakage,internal leakage,and blockage during daily operation and maintenance.This article analyzes the historical defects of plate heat exchangers and summarizes targeted maintenance optimization practices,provide reference for the operation and maintenance of plate heat exchangers in nuclear power plants.
