"Three Link Analysis"and its application in soil and water conservation scheme establishment
Pipeline project is one of the most difficult projects in soil and water conservation scheme establishment.It is the base and key of soil and water conservation plan compiling that scientifically analyze the important link in the pipeline project.Through summarizing the achievements of predecessors and myself work experience,combining with the characteristics of pipeline project with functions of soil and water conservation,"Three Link Analysis"theory was put forward.The theory targeted supplemented and perfected the measures for prevention and control of soil and water conservation.After the project,soil and water loss problem could get a full control and governance,provided a new thought and method for such a project of soil and water conservation scheme.
