摘要

大型引调水工程是一种通过引水、调水、输水等技术手段,将水资源从丰富的地区引入水资源短缺的地区,以满足人类生活和经济发展需求的工程项目.文章旨在探讨大型引调水工程的建设发展与应用技术.通过对国内外大型引调水工程的概述,分析了其建设与规划、设计与技术特点、运维与管理等方面的问题和挑战.经分析发现,大型引调水工程的成功实施依赖于科学的选址和调研、合理的融资模式、有效的环境评估和水资源管理,以及先进的设计、技术创新和运维管理手段.为推动大型引调水工程的可持续发展,并结合可行性评估和经济效益评估,为工程决策提供科学依据.

Abstract

Large-scale water diversion project is a kind of water resources from the rich areas into the areas with water resources shortage,so as to meet the needs of human life and economic development.This paper aims to discuss the construction development and application technology of large-scale water diversion project.Through the overview of the domestic and abroad,the problems and challenges of construction and planning,design and technical characteristics,operation and maintenance and management are analyzed.The study found that the successful implementation of large-scale water diversion projects depends on scientific site selection and research,reasonable financing mode,effective environmental assessment and water resources management,as well as advanced design,technological innovation and operation and maintenance management methods.In order to promote the sustainable development of large-scale water diversion project,and combined with the feasibility assessment and economic benefit assessment,to provide a scientific basis for engineering decision-making.
