高原低氧对认知功能的损伤及干预措施

高原低氧环境会损伤个体的认知功能.文章综述了高原低氧损伤认知功能的4个主要因素:海拔高度、高原暴露时间、年龄差异、文化和经济等,从生理学、生物化学、神经影像学角度对机制进行解释,并提出通过认知训练和运动训练的非药物干预措施来改善脑认知功能的损伤.展望未来的研究将探讨高原低氧对不同认知功能的选择性影响、高原地区特殊人群的研究及缺氧对脑损伤的机制研究.
Impairment of altitude hypoxia on cognitive function and intervention measures
Altitude hypoxic environment can impair individual's cognitive function.In this paper,four major factors affecting cognitive function caused by altitude hypoxia are summarized:altitude,exposure time,age difference,culture and economy.Then,the mechanism was explained from the perspectives of physiology,biochemistry and neuroimaging.Finally,the non-drug intervention measures of cognitive training and motor training were proposed to improve the impairment of brain cognitive function.Future studies will explore the selective effects of altitude hypoxia on different cognitive functions,the study of special population in the altitude region,and the mechanism of hypoxia on brain injury.
