基于物理治疗缓解鼻塞方法的研究及实现

一种新型自用鼻腔器械的设计,旨在通过同时给予声振动、轻微振荡呼气压力和红外光辐射来缓解鼻塞.一定频率声波产生的振荡气流会增强鼻窦通气,同时提高鼻腔一氧化氮(NO)水平,缓解炎症,促进纤毛运动.正压气体环境更有利于振动波的传递,加上红外光辐射使生物体细胞产生共振效应,促进毛细血管扩展、血液循环.基于以上原理,设计出了一款高效率、无创伤、操作简单便捷的鼻塞缓解医疗器械,该器械不仅可缓解鼻塞的症状,还可实现一定程度上炎症的治疗,为鼻炎、鼻窦炎等鼻塞患者提供一种新的临床治疗手段,同时,探究物理治疗缓解鼻塞的临床应用潜力和待开发的临床价值.
Research and implementation of reducing nasal congestion based on physical therapy
A novel self-contained nasal device was designed to relieve nasal congestion by simultaneously administering acoustic vibration,slightly oscillating expiratory pressure,and infrared radiation.The oscillating airflow produced by sound waves at a certain frequency can enhance sinus ventilation and increase nasal nitric oxide(NO)levels,relieve inflammation and promote ciliary movement.The positive pressure gas environment is more conducive to the transmission of vibration waves,and the infrared radiation causes the biological cells to produce resonance effect,thus promoting the expansion of capillaries and blood circulation.Based on the above principle,a nasal congestion relieving medical device with high efficiency,no trauma,simple and convenient operation is designed,which not only can relieve the symptoms of nasal congestion,but also can realize the treatment of inflammation.It is expected to provide a new clinical treatment option for nasal congestion patients such as rhinitis,sinusitis and the like,and explore the clinical application potential of physical therapy in relieving nasal congestion and the clinical value to be developed.
