以负载敏感液压系统中的负载检测反馈控制回路为理论依据,结合实际工况,采用功率键合图建立两种不同工况下负载检测反馈控制回路的数学模型,得到液压回路的状态方程.在此基础上利用AMESim仿真软件建立系统的仿真模型,分析负载检测反馈控制回路中不同位置的阻尼孔直径对负载敏感液压系统动态特性的影响,为负载检测反馈控制回路中阻尼的设计选型提供理论支持.
Analysis of dynamic characteristics on load-sensitive hydraulic system with damping hole
Based on the theory of load detection feedback control loop in load sensitive hydraulic system,the mathematical model of load detection feedback control loop under two different working conditions is established by power bond diagram,and the equation of state of the hydraulic loop is obtained.On this basis,AMESim simulation software is used to establish the simulation model of the system,and the influence of damping hole diameters at different positions in the load detection feedback control loop on the dynamic characteristics of the load-sensitive hydraulic system is analyzed,which provides theoretical support for the design and selection of damping in the load detection feedback control loop.
