碳纤维增强导电混凝土的温升特性研究

寒区道路积雪、结冰,对交通运输及国民经济、生活造成较大影响,也成为冬季交通安全的主要隐患.文章通过调整配合比制备碳纤维导电混凝土,并通过对该导电混凝土施加电压,研究了该混凝土的电热特性.结果显示,针对冬季道路积雪或结冰问题,对 100mm×100mm×60mm的厚尺寸导电混凝土试样施加电压进行导电升温测定其不同位置的温度,对其施加额外电压,对力学性能和温升特性相关规律进行研究.
Study on the temperature rise characteristics of carbon fiber-reinforced conductive concrete
Snow and ice on roads in cold areas have a greater impact on transportation and the national economy and life,and have also become a major hidden danger to traffic safety in winter.In this paper,carbon fiber conductive concrete is prepared by adjusting the mix ratio,and the electric heating characteristics of the concrete are studied by applying voltage to the conductive concrete.The results showed that snow or snow on roads targeted for winter for icing problem,apply voltage to 100mm×100mm×60mm thick conductive concrete sample to measure the temperature at different positions and apply extra electricity to it.The correlation between mechanical properties and temperature rise characteristics was studied.
