基于城市空间布局角度的城市碳中和对策研究

在全球变暖、生态形势日趋严峻的大背景下,我国提出 2060 年实现碳中和的远景目标.文章从碳中和的基本原理出发,从碳排放和碳汇两个角度进行研究,总结了我国目前实现碳中和的主要障碍,理清碳中和和城市发展的主要关系,并初步提出城市发展中通过区域一体化、规划引领、产业转型、基础设施支撑等方面推动实现碳中和的路径建议.
Urban carbon neutrality strategy based on urban spatial layout
Under the background of global warming and increasingly severe ecological situation,China puts forward the long-term goal of achieving carbon neutrality in 2060.Starting from the basic principle of carbon neutralization,this paper studies from the perspectives of carbon emission and carbon sink,summarizes the main obstacles to the realization of carbon neutralization in China,clarifies the main relationship between carbon neutralization and urban development,and preliminarily puts forward the path suggestions to promote the realization of carbon neutralization in urban development through regional integration,planning guidance,industrial transformation,infrastructure support,etc.
