Analysis and countermeasure study on the poor sealing condition of the doors of railway general purpose open-top cars
As one of the important means of transportation,railway mainly undertakes the transportation of bulk goods such as coal,grain,steel,stone and sand.In the process of bulk cargo transportation,the sealing condition of the door of the general railway open-top car is an important condition to ensure the safety and reliability of bulk cargo transportation.However,due to the combination of collision,extrusion,impact and other external forces and the decay of the open car door itself,the railway general open car door often has a poor seal,so the railway workers began to take various measures to strengthen its seal treatment.In view of this,based on the analysis of the poor sealing condition of the door of the general open car,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide a reference for the sealing method of the door of the general open car,improve the safety factor of the transport of bulk goods,and reduce the accident risk during the transport of goods.
