Application of BIM technology in the quality and safety management of housing construction projects
With the rapid development of information technology,BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology,as a new digital architectural design and management technology,has been more and more widely used in the quality and safety management of housing construction projects.BIM technology can realize the comprehensive management of the whole life cycle of a building project by means of digital modeling,data standardization and collaborative design,including engineering design,construction,acceptance and operation.This paper further discusses the application of BIM technology in the quality and safety management of housing construction projects,and puts forward the corresponding practical scheme.
