锅炉是发电机组三大主机之一,锅炉系统是否长期安全稳定运行直接影响日常生产.锅炉防磨防爆工作关系机组运行、检修、监督等环节,是一种非常庞杂、专业性很强的系统性工作.文章借助先进的三维可视化技术,构建三维数字化台账,分析总结锅炉检修、运行参数趋势规律.通过实时采集锅炉运行数据和检修数据,利用三维可视化技术将数据转化为直观的图形展示,实现对锅炉防磨防爆工作的实时监测和分析.最后,通过对阳城火电厂实际应用情况的调研和实验验证,证明了系统在提高锅炉防磨防爆工作效率和减少事故发生率方面的有效性.
Research and application of three-dimensional visual fine management system for wear and explosion prevention of boilers in thermal power plants
The boiler,one of the three main components of the generator set,plays a pivotal role in the long-term safe and stable operation of the power plant.The boiler wear and explosion prevention is a highly complex and specialized systematic task that involves unit operation,maintenance,supervision,and other aspects.Leveraging advanced three-dimensional visualization technology,this paper constructs a three-dimensional digital database to analyze and summarize the trends and patterns of boiler maintenance and operating parameters.By collecting real-time boiler operation and maintenance data,and converting it into intuitive graphical displays using three-dimensional visualization technology,the system achieves real-time monitoring and analysis of boiler wear and explosion prevention.Finally,through investigations and experimental validations of actual applications in Yangcheng thermal power plant,the effectiveness of the system in improving the efficiency of boiler wear and explosion prevention and reducing accident rates is demonstrated.
