Boiler furnace water-cooled wall detection robot product design
This paper describes the product design scheme of boiler furnace water-cooled wall inspection robot,and introduces and explains in detail from the aspects of product use,specifications,main performance parameters,structural scheme,functional characteristics and robot system architecture.The core design calculation of the product and the simulation of magnetic force,kinematics and dynamics of the robot are analyzed and expounded.The results show that the boiler water-cooled wall inspection robot products developed based on enterprise standards fully meet the functional requirements of boiler furnace water-cooled wall climbing inspection robots and field application requirements,is the latest generation of inspection robot products through rigorous product development and design and field practical application inspection.
