海上低渗油田已经成为增储上产主要领域,大规模压裂能实现低渗储层的彻底改造,但海上压裂作业面临着面积小、泥浆池容积有限、设备能力有限等难题,经过多口井海上压裂作业实践,将压裂流程区分主流程、备用流程,并区分高压及低压区域.加上使用海水基压裂液搭配连续混配施工工艺,优选快速变粘海水基压裂液,节省存放压裂液的甲板空间,在多台压裂泵泵注下,对地层进行压裂.为保障安全顺利高效压裂作业实施,低压区设置供液备用流程,尽量减少变径接头及弯头的使用以降低地面管线的振动,同时在方井口与压裂井口四通间设置应急排砂管线,应对在压裂泵注过程中出现的复杂情况,形成一套海上大规模压裂连续混配海水基压裂液技术,为海上大规模压裂地面流程设计提供参考.
Design and study of large-scale offshore fracturing surface process
Offshore low permeability oil field has been the main areas in increase reserves and production,large-scale fracturing can realize the thorough transformation of low permeability reservoir,but offshore fracturing operations with small area,mud pool capacity limited,limited equipment capacity,after multiple well offshore fracturing practice,fracturing process to distinguish the main process,standby process,and distinguish between high pressure and low pressure area.In addition,the use of seawater base fracturing fluid with continuous mixing construction technology,it is preferred to quickly change the seawater base fracturing fluid,save the deck space of the fracturing fluid,and fracturing the formation under multiple fracturing pumps.In order to ensure the safe and efficient fracturing operation,the low pressure area is set to reduce the use of reducing joint and elbow to reduce the vibration of the ground pipeline.At the same time,emergency sand drainage pipeline is provided in the process of fracturing pump to form a large-scale fracturing continuous mixing of sea base fracturing fluid technology,to provide reference for the design of large-scale fracturing ground process.
