Analysis on the management countermeasures of horizontal research project in universities——Taking Xinjiang University as an example
Horizontal research project is an important part of research project system in universities.Taking Xinjiang University as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of horizontal research projects in universities from the aspects of the types of technology contracts,the nature of the entrusting unit and the classification of social and economic fields,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the management of horizontal research projects in universities to promote the service of universities to local economic and social development.
