Construction of green laboratories in the new ecological environment system
Starting from the functions and key tasks entrusted to environmental monitoring by the reform,this paper analyzes the main tasks of environmental monitoring laboratories,and puts forward the construction concept of modern environmental monitoring laboratories with"3 system+1 mechanism".The"3 system"refers to the"functional system","hardware system"and"measurement certification system"that laboratories must have.The"1 mechanism"is the"linkage mechanism"with the social monitoring organization.It comprehensively discusses the element composition system and operation mode of the new environmental monitoring laboratory.
