摘要
基于天津高新区高新技术企业科技创新视角,结合天津高新区高质量发展实践,分析了高新区高质量发展中强化顶层设计、强化创新驱动、促进企业研发、加强人才聚力等方面的探索.从园区融合发展、主导产业集聚、创新服务体系等方面探讨其成效,从完善政策扶持、提升园区管理、优化产业环境等方面提出对策建议,以期助力天津市高新区高质量发展.
Abstract
Based on the perspective of scientific and technological innovation of high-tech enterprises in tianjin high-tech zone and combined with the high-quality development practice of tianjin high-tech zone,this paper analyzes the path exploration of strengthening top-level design,adhering to innovation drive,promoting enterprise R&D and attracting talents in the high-quality development of high-tech zones.This paper discusses its effectiveness from the aspects of park integrated development effect,leading industry agglomeration,and service system innovation.With reference to the characteristics and experience of advanced high-tech zones,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving policy support,improving park management,and optimizing industrial environment,so as to support high-quality development of Tianjin Binhai high-tech zone.
