变频器控制系统目前被广泛应用于各类电气设备,用于对电气设备的实时自动化控制。文章以PLC为基础,分别从硬件、软件、抗干扰 3 个方面,系统性阐述变频器节能控制系统的设计方法,重点阐明设计要点与注意事项。旨在最大限度发挥PLC技术的价值,搭建一套功能完善、运行稳定的变频器节能控制系统,提高系统的节能效果,为变频器提供良好运行条件。
Design and research of energy-saving control system for frequency converters based on PLC technology
The frequency converter control system is currently widely used in various types of electrical equipment,for real-time automation control of electrical equipment.This article is based on PLC and systematically elaborates on the design method of energy-saving control system for frequency converters from three aspects:hardware,software,and anti-interference.The focus is on elucidating the design points and precautions.The aim is to maximize the value of PLC technology,build a fully functional and stable energy-saving control system for frequency converters,improve the energy-saving effect of the system,and provide good operating conditions for frequency converters.
