文章主要分析了全断面隧道掘进机主轴承三列滚子的结构形式及不同工况下受力状况。并通过计算分析,阐明了全断面TBM主轴承三列滚子的磨损情况与主轴承寿命的相互关系。为隧道工程项目提出了一套具有参考价值的主轴承定期磨损检测方案。
Analysis of tri-roller bearing load distribution and non-dismantling detection method for main bearings in full-face tunnel boring machines
This paper primarily analyzes the structural configuration of the triple-row rollers of the main thrust bearing in a full-face tunnel boring machine(TBM)and the loading conditions under different operational scenarios.Through computational analysis,the study elucidates the interrelation between the wear patterns of the triple-row rollers in the main bearing of a full-face TBM and the overall bearing lifespan.A valuable periodic wear detection scheme for main bearings is proposed for tunnel engineering projects.
