Analysis of dealing with the problem of high temperature of absorbing stable circulating water in catalytic cracking
Catalytic cracking unit is an important equipment in propylene production.If the catalytic cracking unit is always in high load operation and there are more gas phase products,when it encounters high temperature weather,it will lead to high circulating water temperature of the device and insufficient cooling load of the dry air cooler,which ultimately leads to unsatisfactory absorption and separation effect.In this paper,the phenomenon of excessive dry gas control in catalytic cracking unit is analyzed,and optimization measures are proposed to improve the effect of absorption tower and desorption tower,so as to control the quality of dry gas products to meet the requirements.The research in this paper can provide reference for relevant personnel to carry out work.
