为保障锅炉、压力容器应用的安全性,针对锅炉、压力容器及压力管道的设计、制造、安装和应用提出了更高标准的要求。在锅炉、压力容器及压力管道实际作业中,由于长期处于高温、高压状态,运行环境较为恶劣,时常引发裂缝。出现裂纹之后,会有引发爆炸的风险。文章针对锅炉、压力容器及压力管道的实际应用进行深入研究,并对其检验中存在的裂缝问题,制定针对性的处理措施。
Research on crack problem in boiler,pressure vessel and pressure pipeline inspection
In order to ensure the safety of boiler and pressure vessel applications,higher standards are proposed for the design,manufacture,installation and application of boiler and pressure vessel and pressure pipeline.In the actual operation of boilers,pressure vessels and pressure pipelines,cracks are often caused because they are in a state of high temperature and high pressure for a long time and the operating environment is relatively harsh.After cracks appear,the possibility of explosion will be triggered,leading to adverse accidents.Therefore,in this paper,the practical application of boiler and pressure vessel and pressure pipeline is deeply studied,and the cracks in pipeline inspection are clarified,and the corresponding treatment measures are formulated.
