微生物生物被膜在水土保持中的应用研究

水土保持是粮食生产的基础保障,受人类活动及环境变化的影响,我国水土流失严重。随着科技和生物学的发展,土壤中微生物的生命活动对土壤的影响受到越来越多的关注。土壤中的微生物以游离形式和生物被膜形式存在。文章阐述了土壤中生物被膜的胞外多糖和γ-聚谷氨酸在保持土壤的水肥、改善土壤结构以及增加土壤的稳定性等方面的价值,并分析了微生物生物被膜在水土保持和生态农业中的未来潜力。
Research on the application of microbial biofilm in soil and water conservation
Soil and water conservation is the fundamental guarantee for food production,and soil erosion is a serious issue in China due to human activities and environmental changes.With the development of technology and biology,the influence of microbial activities in the soil upon soil properties has attracted increasing attention.Microbes in the soil exist in b free cell and biofilms.In this study,the value of extracellular polysaccharides and γ-polyglutamic acid in the biofilms of soil was explained in terms of maintaining soil moisture and fertility,improving soil structure and enhancing soil stability.It also analyzed the future potential of microbial biofilms in soil and water conservation as well as ecological agriculture.
