New lifting jack design to solve the low efficiency of the existing clip replacement
This paper investigates the low efficiency of the existing jack clip replacement.By optimizing the design of the top release clamping parts and introducing innovative top pressure return sleeves and two-way linkage cylinder assemblies,as well as detachable connection designs,more efficient clamping changes,improved construction schedules and enhanced construction safety are achieved.The design has a good prospect in industry application,and has a good performance in promotion potential and economic benefits.Therefore,the design has important practical significance to promote the improvement of engineering construction efficiency.At present,this design has been popularized and applied in the project.
