This paper provides a comprehensive perspective on the advanced design and application of the safety monitoring system for underground conveyor belts in coal mines.It highlights that coal mine safety and efficiency can be effectively improved through real-time data monitoring and accurate fault prediction technology.Emphasis is placed on the integrated use of vibration,temperature and speed sensors,as well as efficient data acquisition and transmission technologies,ensuring continuous monitoring of conveyor systems and early identification of faults.
