项目依托课题研究,针对玻璃幕墙结构施工关键技术进行优化设计,借助ANSYS软件平台对结构进行了有限元分析,通过结构的最大等效应力和总变形量的结果,验证了框架式玻璃幕墙结构设计的安全性、合理性。该结构设计解决了常规框架式玻璃幕墙安装结构工序繁杂、安装精度低、施工周期长、安装费用高等施工技术难题。同时,将红外热成像技术成功地应用到了建筑节能的气密性检测中,极大地提高了工作效率,确保工程质量优良,经济效益、社会效益显著。
Optimization design and construction of frame glass curtain wall structure
The project depends on the research,for the glass curtain wall structure construction key technology optimization design,with the help of ANSYS software platform of structure model finite element analysis,through the structure of the maximum effect force,the maximum effect and the total deformation results to verify the safety of frame glass curtain wall structure design,rationality.The structure design solves the technical problems of conventional frame glass curtain wall installation,such as complicated structure process,low installation accuracy,long construction cycle and high installation cost.At the same time,the infrared thermal imaging technology has been successfully applied to the air tightness detection of building energy saving,which greatly improves the work efficiency,ensures the good quality of the project,and has remarkable economic and social benefits.
