Finite element analysis of stability of external scaffold of prefabricated building
In view of the stability problem of the external scaffold of prefabricated building,this paper takes the external scaffold of a residential building as an example,and uses ANSYS 2022R1 finite element software to model and analyze.The construction process of the finite element model is expounded,including the material properties,structural dimensions and simulation steps of the scaffold.The influence of the triangular support,scaffold plate and edge protection size of the scaffold on the stability is analyzed.At the same time,the influence of surface load and concentrated load on the stability of the scaffold is analyzed.The results show that the reasonable selection of the size and design parameters of the scaffold is very important to ensure the stability of the structure.
