再生粘土砖集料在水泥稳定碎石中的应用

为了分析粘土砖再生集料在路面基层中应用的可行性,研究了再生砖集料对水泥稳定碎石力学强度的影响,提出了再生砖集料的最佳掺量,并研究了最佳掺量下掺砖集料的水泥稳定碎石力学强度的增长规律。结果表明,适量砖粉有助于水泥稳定碎石强度的提升,随着 0~4。75mm砖粉掺量的增大,水泥稳定碎石最大干密度和无侧限抗压强度先增大后减小,砖粉掺量为35%时强度最大,提升约 23。9%;随着 4。75~31。5mm再生砖集料掺量的增大,无侧限抗压强度逐渐降低,掺量约为 33%时,推荐再生砖集料最大掺量为 68%,此时掺再生砖集料水泥稳定碎石的强度与不掺建筑垃圾时持平。
Application of reclaimed clay brick aggregate to cement stabilized gravel
In order to analyze the feasibility of the application of reclaimed clay brick aggregate in pavement base,the influence of reclaimed brick aggregate on the mechanical strength of cement stabilized crushed stone was studied,the optimal dosage of reclaimed brick aggregate was proposed,and the growth law of the mechanical strength of cement stabilized crushed stone with brick aggregate was studied under the optimal dosage.The results show that the maximum dry density and unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized gravel first increase and then decrease with the increase of 0~4.75mm brick powder content.When the brick powder content is 35%,the maximum strength increases by 23.9%.With the increase of 4.75~31.5mm reclaimed brick aggregate content,the strength of cement stabilized gravel increases by 23.9%.The unconfined compressive strength decreases gradually.When the content is about 33%,the maximum content of reclaimed brick aggregate is recommended to be 68%.At this time,the strength of reclaimed brick aggregate cement stabilized gravel is the same as that without construction waste.
