对常规铁路信号设计内容加以调整优化及增加特殊设计,将其应用在实训基地建设中,以满足铁路维护单位提出的业务培训要求、设备展览等需求。结合呼东高铁实训基地建设工程举例说明,进行与常规铁路设计不同的适应型铁路信号工程设计,利用维修场区闲置用地,开辟实训基地,以满足设备展览、教学、训练实操等多项需求,便于教学、训练及参观展示。①建设室外实训练功台,代替实现运转室、信号机械室功能。②室外可视化电缆槽代替水泥盖板电缆槽道。③经过适应型铁路信号工程设计,实现节约投资、节省用地及学练结合等目标。④研究成果可为实训基地信号设施建设及设计提供指导及参考。
Adaptive design different from conventional railway signal design—Research on the construction and design of training bases
Adjust and optimize the conventional railway signal design content and add special design,and apply it to the construction of training base to meet the requirements of business training and equipment exhibition put forward by railway maintenance units.Taking the construction project of Hudong high-speed railway training base as an example,the adaptive railway signal engineering design is carried out,which is different from the conventional railway design.The idle land in the maintenance yard is used to open up the training base,so as to meet the needs of equipment exhibition,teaching and training practice,and to facilitate teaching,training and visiting.①Build an outdoor training platform instead of realizing the functions of operation room and signal machinery room.②Outdoor visual cable trough replaces cable trough of cement cover plate.③Through the design of adaptive railway signal engineering,the goals of saving investment,saving land and combining learning with training are realized.④The research results can provide guidance and reference for the construction and design of signal facilities in training base.
