Based on the analysis and identification of the risks existing in the shunting operation of Shuohuang Railway rolling stock company,this paper analyzes and identifies the four aspects of man-machine environmental management,and expounds the risk control measures in combination with the actual situation,put forward shunting operation management and control optimization recommendations to ensure the safety of shunting operation,transport work for the orderly development of a good foundation.
