Design and development of box-type parts for manufacturing and assembly
As the main structure of the product,the box parts will directly affect the performance,life,experience,cost and other core competitiveness of the product.In the increasingly competitive modern manufacturing industry,excellent design determines the upper limit of products.In this paper,the design of box parts is oriented to manufacturing and assembly,and the design concepts of strong operability,such as avoiding manufacturing risks,implementing advanced flexible manufacturing and reducing product costs,are comprehensively analyzed and applied,so as to maximize product power within a limited design period.
