纳米粒子改性泡沫混凝土保温建筑材料的制备及性能研究

研究人员采用纳米粒子来增强泡沫混凝土的保温性能,并对其进行测试。4 种纳米粒子作为改性剂,结合水泥、粉煤灰和珍珠岩等材料制备纳米粒子泡沫混凝土。测试结果显示,纳米粒子的加入提升了泡沫混凝土的隔热性能。其中,使用ZR972疏水型纳米改性剂制备的泡沫混凝土表现出最高的抗压强度和最低的导热系数,隔热效果最好。当纳米粒子掺量为 0。15%时,材料具有最高的净浆流动度、90MPa左右的抗拉强度和 248kg/m2 的密度,保温效果最好。当纳米改性剂掺量为 70g,珍珠岩掺量为 300g时,制备的纳米粒子增强泡沫混凝土材料表现出较好的隔热性能。
Study on preparation and properties of nanoparticles modified foam concrete thermal insulation building materials
The researchers used nanoparticles to enhance the insulation properties of foamed concrete and tested them.Four kinds of nanoparticles were used as modifiers to prepare nano-particle foam concrete by combining cement,fly ash and perlite.The test results show that the addition of nanoparticles improves the thermal insulation performance of foamed concrete.Among them,the foam concrete prepared with ZR972 hydrophobic nano modifier shows the highest compressive strength and the lowest thermal conductivity,and the best heat insulation effect.When the nanoparticle content is 0.15%,the material has the highest pure slurry flow,tensile strength of about 90MPa and density of 248kg/m2,and the insulation effect is the best.When the content of nano-modifier is 70g and the content of perlite is 300g,the prepared nano-particle reinforced foamed concrete exhibits better thermal insulation performance.
