随着制造业的快速发展,对加工精度的要求也有所提高,传统测量方式已无法满足现代制造业的需求。将在机测量技术应用于数控加工中,通过测量设备对加工中的工件进行实时测量,可实时监控加工过程,提高加工精度与产品质量。在设计好硬件与软件的基础上,在机测量系统的功能才能实现。对在机测量技术要做好误差分析与测量方案的规划,并须进行实验测试。
Application of the on-line measurement technology in numerical control machining
With the rapid development of manufacturing,the demand for machining accuracy has also increased,and traditional measurement methods can't longer meet the needs of modern manufacturing.The On-line measurement technology is applied in numerical control machining,which measures the workpiece in real time through measuring equipment,monitors the machining process in real time,and improves machining accuracy and product quality.On the basis of well-designed hardware and software,the function of the on-line measurement system can only be achieved.Error analysis and measurement plan planning should be done well for on-line measurement technology,and experimental testing should be conducted.
