为确保斜拉桥在施工过程中的受力状态和变形处于安全范围以内,以及桥梁的应力和线形符合预期目标,文章以崇明东平河桥全钢异形塔斜拉桥为背景,通过建立有限元模型分析桥梁在吊装及斜拉索安装阶段桥梁结构的应力和应变情况,在施工过程中通过监控数据测试分析,对比实际工程监测进行验证,并提出相应技术控制措施。
Research on construction technology of cable-stayed cables of special-shaped tower cable-stayed bridge
In order to ensure that the stress state and deformation of the cable-stayed bridge are within the safe range during the construction process,as well as that the stress and linearity of the bridge meet the expected goals,this article takes the Chongming Dongpinghe Bridge with all steel irregular tower cable-stayed bridge as the background.By establishing a finite element model to analyze the stress and strain situation of the bridge structure during the suspension and cable installation stages,monitoring data testing and analysis are conducted during the construction process,compared with actual engineering monitoring to verify,and corresponding technical control measures are proposed.
