深冷轧工艺在高性能金属材料制备中的应用

文章对深冷轧工艺在高性能金属材料制备中的应用展开深入探讨与研究,基于对深冷轧工艺原理和特点的分析,结合高性能金属材料的特性,从残余奥氏体改变、超细碳化物析出、组织晶粒细化 3 个方面,对深冷轧工艺在高性能金属材料制备中的应用进行详细设计。研究结果表明,深冷轧工艺为高性能金属材料的制备提供了一种有效的途径,可以显著提高材料的性能。
Application of deep cold rolling process in the preparation of high-performance metal materials
This article conducts in-depth exploration and research on the application of deep cold rolling technology in the preparation of high-performance metal materials.Based on the analysis of the principle and characteristics of deep cold rolling technology,combined with the characteristics of high-performance metal materials,the application of deep cold rolling technology in the preparation of high-performance metal materials is designed in detail from three aspects:residual austenite change,ultrafine carbide precipitation,and microstructure grain refinement.The research results indicate that deep cold rolling process provides an effective approach for the preparation of high-performance metal materials,which can significantly improve the properties of the materials.
