基于微型UPS模块的可移动直流供电装置研发

地震台仪器精度高、敏感性强、较易遭受雷击。由于观测仪器交流供电易遭雷击,为保护仪器稳定运行而采用直流供电方式。因近距离电瓶存在充电辐射干扰严重、更换电瓶频率较高、无法估算电瓶电量、切换电瓶会造成仪器断记等问题,地震观测仪器的连续性和数据精度常受很大干扰,严重影响数据的有效性。针对仪器直流供电存在的问题,基于微型UPS模块和电量监测指示器相关模块设计了一种可移动直流电源供电装置,通过多次实验结果显示:研制成功的装置能保障电瓶更换周期由7 天延长到 15 天以上,搬运电瓶由人工变为滑轮推车搬运,直流切换电源时仪器能不间断供电。该装置可提高仪器观测数据的稳定性和使用率,同时可广泛应用于同类地震台站直流供电仪器和设备。
Research and development of movable dc power supply device based on micro-UPS module
Seismic station instruments have high precision,strong sensitivity,and are more vulnerable to lightning strikes.As the AC power supply of observation instruments is prone to lightning strikes,DC power supply is adopted to protect the stable operation of the instruments.Due to the serious radiation interference caused by close-range battery charging,the high frequency of battery replacement,the inability to estimate the battery power,and the problems caused by switching of batteries,the instrument is disconnected.It interferes greatly with the continuity and data accuracy of seismic observation instruments and seriously affects the validity of data.Aiming at the problems existing in the DC power supply of the instrument,a portable DC power supply device is designed based on the micro-UPS module and the related module of the power monitoring indicator.The results of several experiments show that:The successfully developed device can ensure that the battery replacement cycle is extended from 7 days to more than 15 days,the battery is carried by manual to trolley,and the instrument can provide uninterrupted power supply when the DC power supply is switched.the device can improve the stability and utilization rate of instrument observation data,and can be widely used in DC power supply instruments and equipment of similar seismic stations.
