Research on EPC project management of distributed photovoltaic systems
In the distributed operation project of photovoltaic system,the specific system process of photovoltaic power generation is analyzed,and the production efficiency is improved by effectively improving the standards of various measures in combination with the operation of EPC information mode,and the whole process of EPC comprehensive management is effectively adapted to the actual situation,so as to promote the further upgrading of the level of distributed photovoltaic system.According to the requirements of the project construction nodes and key elements,the effective implementation characteristics of the distributed generation system project are evaluated,the project decomposition evaluation and project resource identification management are paid attention to,and the information resources are optimized in combination with the project construction process,so as to improve the safety of the implementation process of the photovoltaic system EPC project,ensure the quality control level and cost identification level,and ensure the controllability of the EPC project management of the distributed photovoltaic system.
