目前实现高浓度工业废水深度处理和零排放的主流工艺路线为:物化处理→生化处理→膜分离处理→浓缩液蒸发处置.作为"零排放"工作中末端处理的浓缩液蒸发处置工艺,采用MVR蒸发、多效蒸发进行处置,会出现蒸馏液成分复杂、难以回用、设备占用空间大等问题,制约着工业废水"零排放"的发展.因此,本文探讨了低温蒸发技术在高浓度工业废水中的应用,以解决工业废水"零排放"发展受限问题.
An experiment of high concentration industrial wastewater was conducted to discuss the improvement of low temperature evaporation equipment
At present,the mainstream process route to achieve advanced treatment and zero discharge of high-concentration industrial wastewater is:physicochemical treatment → biochemical treatment → membrane separation treatment → evaporation of concentrated liquid disposal.As a concentrated liquid evaporation disposal process for the end treatment of"zero discharge"work,using MVR evaporation and multi-effect evaporation for disposal,there will be problems such as complex distillate composition,difficult to reuse,and large equipment footprint,which restricts the development of"zero discharge"of industrial wastewater.Therefore,this paper discusses the application of low temperature evaporation technology in high concentration industrial wastewater,in order to solve the problem of the limited development of"zero discharge"industrial wastewater.
