为保障港口机械设备的运行安全性,本文设计了一种基于物联网技术的港口机械设备故障检测系统.首先,在物联网环境中,通过设置感知层、传输层、应用层、界面层,准确采集港口机械设备运行信号;其次,利用小波分解法处理采集到的信号,完成信号去噪,对去噪后的信号进行标准化处理后,利用主成分分析法提取设备运行特征;最后,将特征提取结果输入到训练后的决策树算法中,有效实现港口机械设备故障检测的准确性.
In order to ensure the operation safety of port machinery and equipment,this study designed a port machinery and equipment fault detection system based on Internet of Things technology.First of all,in the Internet of Things environment,by setting the perception layer,transmission layer,application layer and interface layer,the operation signal of port machinery and equipment is accurately collected.Secondly,wavelet decomposition is used to process the collected signals and complete the signal denoising.After the denoised signals are standardized,the operating characteristics of the equipment are extracted by principal component analysis.Finally,the feature extraction results are input into the trained decision tree algorithm to effectively achieve the accuracy of port machinery fault detection.
