Thinking on the intelligent construction of medium-sized irrigation district
According to the survey and statistics,there are more than 7000 medium-sized irrigation areas with an irrigation area of 1-3 million mu,and the designed irrigation area is about 330 million mu.Since 1997,various regions have actively carried out water-saving supporting transformation of medium-sized irrigation areas by using the national agricultural comprehensive development,special funds for water conservancy development and other policy requirements and financial channels.Although good water-saving results have been achieved,the intelligent construction of medium-sized irrigation areas is still a prominent weakness in agricultural and rural modernization.
