功能导向的铝熔铸中铝液品质提升技术探究

铝材料具有良好的流动性与较小的收缩性,但是在铝熔铸工艺操作过程中容易发生铝液中掺入杂质的情况,进而影响铸造件质量,在当前高质量铝熔铸期间有必要加强对铝液品质提升技术的探究。文章以此为出发点,概述了铝熔铸工艺流程,在剖析铝液品质问题表现及原因的基础上,分别从背景技术、功能需求、技术方案、具体实施 4 个层面,对一种功能导向的铝液品质提升技术进行了具体分析。
Research on the technology of improving the quality of aluminum liquid in aluminum melting casting with function orientation
Aluminum material has good fluidity and small shrinkage,but it is easy to incorporate impurities in aluminum liquid during the operation of aluminum melting casting process,which will affect the quality of casting parts.It is necessary to strengthen the exploration of aluminum liquid quality improvement technology during the current high-quality aluminum melting casting.On the basis of analyzing the performance and causes of aluminum liquid quality problems,a functional oriented aluminum liquid quality improvement technology is analyzed in detail from four aspects:background technology,functional requirements,technical solutions and concrete implementation.
